Vehicles pass through one side of the underpass at CNR Rao Circle near
the Indian Institute of Science, connecting Mehkri Cirlce and
Yeshwantpur, after the traffic police and the BBMP opened this stretch
to ease traffic at the junction and start work on the other side, in
Bangalore on Wednesday. However, the CNR Rao Circle underpass,
connecting Malleswaram and Mehkri Cicle, is still incomplete.
