Hi Avinash! Saw your very useful blog, and was wondering if you've heard about what happened to the Hebbal-BIAL expressway? It was progressing at full-speed until about 7-8 months ago, after which it has suddenly stopped moving, somewhere between Byatarayanapura and Sahakaranagara! Thanks, Deepak
